A dedicated multi-day trek to Wagagai peak on Uganda's side of Mount Elgon — an extinct shield volcano with one of the largest calderas in the world. This is a hiking-focused trip, not a game-drive safari.

Kampala to Mbale/Sipi Falls area
Drive east, afternoon at leisure near Sipi Falls.

Multi-day trek to Wagagai peak (Days 2–6)
Route and daily distances depend on the trail chosen. [Confirm route and camping vs. hut accommodation]

Sipi Falls (Day 7)
Rest day, short falls walk, recovery before the drive back.

Return (Day 8)
Drive back to Kampala.
