Murchison Falls (Days 1–2)
Arrival, game drives, Nile boat cruise to the base of the falls.

Kibale (Days 3–4)
Transfer south-west, chimpanzee tracking, Bigodi Wetland walk.

Queen Elizabeth (Days 5–6)
Transfer south, game drives, Kazinga Channel cruise.

Bwindi (Days 7–8)
Transfer to Bwindi, gorilla trekking.

Buffer day (Day 9)
Optional gorilla habituation experience or Batwa cultural walk.

Return (Day 10)
Drive back to Kampala/Entebbe.
