7 days Uganda Safari
Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Meet at the airport and greet with one of our tour representative and transfer to Kampala. Dinner and overnight at Serena Hotel or Cassia Lodge
Day 2: Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park Park
After your breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel by a guide/driver who will drive you to Masindi for enroute lunch. On reaching Murchison Falls National Park, visit the top of the falls for a remarkable sight and sound of the Nile crushing through the chasm. Dinner and overnight stay at Paraa Safari Lodge/Chobe Safari Lodge (Upmarket Accommodation) or Pakuba Game Lodge/Murchison River Lodge (Midrange Accommodation)
Day 3: Game drive and Launch Cruise
A cup of coffee and leave for the morning game drive around the park hoping to see the Uganda kob, giraffes, Leopards. Return to the lodge for breakfast and rest. After lunch, you will go for a boat cruise on the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the falls expecting to see crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes and numerous bird species like kingfishers, rare shoebills among others. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Have breakfast in the morning and depart for Kibale Forest National Park. Lunch en route in Fort Portal and proceed in the view of the Rwenzori Mountains. A guided nature walk in the Bigodi wetland sanctuary to see various bird species, butterflies and primates. Dinner and overnight stay at Primate Lodge/Ndali Lodge (Upmarket Accommodation) or Kibale Forest Camp / Chimp Nest / Mountains of the moon (Midrange Accommodation).
Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth
Enjoy your breakfast and head for chimpanzee tracking and other primates like the Red, Black and white colobus monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys plus a sight of some birds like the African pitas, Red-faced woodland warbler, Blue-headed sunbird and many more. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park after lunch. Go for an evening game drive around the park for a variety of wildlife species. Dinner and overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge / Katara Lodge / Ishasha Wilderness Camp (Upmarket Accommodation) or Ihamba Safari Lodge / Twin Lakes Lodge (Midrange Accommodation).
Day 6: Nature walk and Boat cruise
Breakfast in the morning and visit the Maramagambo forest hoping to see different bird species, chimpanzee, other primates and the python caves. After lunch head for a boat ride along the Kazinga channel for crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, Topis and birds like Corncrake, African skimmer, Marital eagle among others. Overnight stay at your lodge.
Day 7: Departure to Kampala
After breakfast in the morning, check out of the park as you have views of the wild, lunch enroute arriving Kampala early evening and if your flight is that evening, you will be driven straight to the airport.
