3 days Gorilla tracking to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Itinerary:
Day 1: Meet and greet with your driver/guide
Meet and greet with your driver/guide very early in the morning after breakfast and head for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda with lunch enroute. On reaching the park, check in at Silverback Lodge / Gorilla Safari Lodge / Buhoma Lodge (Luxury Accommodation) or Chameleone Hill Lodge / Gift of Nature Lodge / Haven Lodge (Midrange Accommodation)
Day 2: Sett into gorilla sanctuary.
Wake up in the morning, take good breakfast and collect your packed Lunch, then meet with your ranger guide before setting off into the gorilla sanctuary. The rainforest landscape is steep and densely populated with trees (you need to be physically fit) – it’s easy to see how the name of the park was derived from this forest! (Bwindi Impenetrable National Park); the park is crossed with animal trails allowing access for tourists in search of the GREAT GIANTS. The trek to find the earth’s greatest primates can take up to a full day, but the thrill of discovering this gentle giant in its own habitat is rated as one of Africa’s best wildlife watching opportunities. You will be allowed to spend one hour with the Gorillas. After tracking, take refreshment as you wait for dinner, overnight at your lodge.
Day 3: Return to Kampala
Early morning after breakfast, drive back to Kampala with lunch enroute.
